All Frozen feeder rodents (mice, rats and african soft furs – natals) are packed in an insulated box with ice packs or dry ice. For additional insulation and padding we use newspaper. In most cases, your feeders are frozen when the order is placed. Each bag is hand packed and air is removed to increase freshness.

Order Minimums
- Minimum order is $60.00
- Minimum delivery charge is $30.00.**
- Free Pickup is available at our facility by appointment. (Our breeding facility is located in Vaughan, ON. Please note, we have distributors in many provinces across Canada.)
** Shipping and delivery charges vary based on distance.
Operating Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. (Facility by appointment only.)

Shipping Via Courier
We ship via Purolator as we have clearance to ship using dry ice. If you prefer another courier, we can make accommodations. Flat rate shipping and frozen arrival guarantee does not apply to couriers other than Purolator.
Please note: Frozen feeder rodents are considered perishable and "dead animals", which are not permissible by many couriers for transport.

We now offer flat rate shipping to most major city centers. Pricing below includes an insulated shipping container, dry ice, and shipping costs for up to $300 in merchandise / 30 Lbs (Box Dimensions – 14 x 16 19.)

We provide delivery service to a number of locations. As our company personally delivers your rodents, we do guarantee frozen arrival. Contact us for delivery pricing. Live rodents must be shipped using delivery-as it's our only option at this time.
